Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.

Standard Delivery We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as our standard delivery service. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch.

Express Delivery For faster delivery, select our Royal Mail 1st Class express option at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

Dispatch Notifications Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information where available.

Missing Deliveries If your order hasn't arrived, please allow up to 10 working days from your dispatch notification before getting in touch. This allows time for any postal delays. After 10 working days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Processing Times Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You'll receive your dispatch notification as soon as your order is on its way.
