The single origin coffees that form this collection are roasted to a medium profile, as this preserves the unique qualities of the coffees - think fruity notes, subtle floral aromas and sweet finishes.
The coffees in this collection are 'Single Origin' coffees, which means that they have come from a single source and contain only one type of green coffee bean. This provides beautifully individual coffees, that we then roast to showcase their full personality - resulting in coffess with unique flavour and suprising characteristics.
The coffees in this collection are rarer and as such alternate on a slower frequency than the Discovery Club. The coffee alternates every three months as new harvests and crops come to market.
