Your use of this website and purchase of any products from this website is at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and the content and products on apostlecoffee.com without prior notice and at any time.
These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
‘Are you a Green Bean?’ Quiz Competition Terms and conditions
- The promoter is: Apostle Coffee LTD
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of Apostle Coffee Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Entry is based on a completed quiz, with a score of 70% or above. The quiz can be accessed via https://apostlecoffee.com/are-you-a-green-bean/
- Participants can take the quiz as many times as they wish during the competition period, but only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
- Participation in the quiz involves the creation of a free Apostle Account.
- By entering this competition and creating the required account you agree to be added to Apostle Coffee’s corresponding newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.
- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://apostlecoffee.com/are-you-a-green-bean/ and promoted on social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
- Closing date for entry/ quiz participation will be November 30th 2022. After this date no further quiz entries will be accepted into the competition.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition. The promoter will notify any changes to the competition to entrants as soon as possible.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
- The prize is as follows: A 3 Month Gift Subscription, to the ‘Roaster’s Choice’ Apostle Coffee Gift Subscription. There are a total of three subscriptions up for grabs during the competition period. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agent.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address email@example.com
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Apostle Coffee LTD and not to any other party.
All prices quoted in this website were correct at the time of publication but errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE). Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced and we apologise if any offer is incorrect. Please advise us if this is the case and we will correct any errors without delay. Please note all offers are strictly subject to availability and acceptance by Apostle Coffee and nothing in this website constitutes or implies a contract of sale unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Apostle Coffee. The price of delivery is included with every Apostle Subscription or Gift Subscription.
One-off purchases have relevant delivery services charged at check out.
Coffee will only be dispatched after we have received cleared funds. Please ensure your payment details are up to date. Items will be posted to the shipping address received during your checkout process.
Delivery is facilitated by Royal Mail, although Apostle Coffee reserve the right to use other delivery services when necessary.
Our standard delivery service usually arrives within 2-5 days after placing an order, with our express service taking between 1-3 days. All subscriptions, regardless of the coffee collection will be sent out via standard delivery service.
If you change address, you must update your details via the My Account section of the website or inform us via email on email@example.com. Please ensure this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will not be refunded or credited for any coffees posted to the wrong location.
Delivery of the Apostle Coffee Subscription and any other purchases are currently limited to within the UK.
Apostle Coffee will not facilitate any orders that require delivery outside of the UK. If an international address is used in error at checkout, Apostle Coffee will cancel and refund any such order.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, as we can only provide the date coffee was dispatched. In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay. If you have any queries concerning delivery, then please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription if it occurs that the postal service in your area is repeatedly unreliable.

Apostle Coffee Account
In order to access our full subscription range and subscribe to services on this website you will have an account created for you and details shared via email. This account will contain certain personal details and payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the website and our services. By making use of this website and our services you represent and warrant that:
All information you submit is accurate and truthful; you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. Apostle Coffee accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
If you have reason to believe that your account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact Apostle Coffee immediately to suspend your account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, Apostle Coffee accepts no liability or responsibility.
Termination and Cancellation
Either Apostle Coffee or you may terminate your account. If Apostle Coffee terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If Apostle Coffee terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched.
Apostle Coffee reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Apostle Coffee reserves the right to refuse any subscription order if we have reason to believe that our service or introductory discounts are being abused.
Discount codes are only applicable when setting up a subscription, not for any subsequent pausing or restarting of the subscription service.
By subscribing to Apostle Coffee you agree that regular payments can be taken from your payment method provided on checkout. Payment will be taken via the payment method provided and on regular intervals as specified by your order.
The date of payment may alter due to changes in our practices or updates to your subscription, but Apostle Coffee will endeavour to contact you if any such changes take place.
The Apostle subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time via the My Account section of the website, or via email, but any such request must be made before any scheduled dispatch. If we receive instruction to pause or cancel a subscription after your coffee has been dispatched then you will be charged for that delivery.
Apostle Coffee will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the Apostle Coffee service selected until you pause or cancel your scheduled coffee subscription.
If you change address, you must update your details by using the My Account section of the website or by contacting us on email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Apostle Coffee will not be held responsible for coffee sent to incorrect addresses provided when placing your order, or for changes in shipping that we are not made aware of and have acknowledged via email. Please ensure that any changes to shipping are done in time to take effect before your move, as you will not be refunded or credited for any coffee posted to the wrong location.
For every twelve months that a customer has been an active subscriber, Apostle Coffee will plant a single native broadleaf tree. If a subscription is cancelled before this milestone is reached the tree related to this subscription will be reallocated. Periods of time where a subscription is place On Hold will not count towards this milestone.
Apostle Coffee cannot guarantee the lifecycle of the tree planted, nor the longevity of its existence, but will endeavour to care and nurture it for as long as is possible. Apostle Coffee reserves the right to withdraw this element of the subscription without prior notice and at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription without prior notice and at any time.

For every Apostle Coffee customer with an active account, ‘Apostle Points’ are allocated for each payment made – this includes both subscription renewals and one off purchases.
Points are allocated based on a customer’s transaction history, with more points allocated to members who have been with Apostle Coffee for longer.
Apostle Points can be used towards discounts and rewards. These are credited to your account based on any orders or subscription renewals made.
Apostle Points also count towards your status within the Apostle Coffee community, with a member being either a ‘Coffee Apostle’, ‘Bronze Apostle’, ‘Silver Apostle’ or ‘Gold Apostle’.
Different badges come with different perks and rewards and can be viewed and managed in the My Account portal.
Apostle Coffee reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel this rewards system without prior notice and at any time.
We source our green coffee from wholesalers who uphold the very highest standards and ensure that fair prices are paid to the farmers and producers.
Where our products are detailed as organic, these green beans have received the necessary certification within their country of origin as well as via our own Soil Association accreditation here in the UK.
Apostle Coffee does not produce Fairtrade products, but where possible we source green beans that are Fairtrade certified. When this is not possible we select, via our wholesale partners, coffee that has been purchased for a fair price from coffee producers – in some instances these rates are above the Fairtrade standard.
Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our website, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered. In the event of unavailability, for any reason, we will advise customers of the situation and await your subsequent instructions.
Accounts & Billing
Your order details can be found on your initial email receipt, including the date, amount and payment method used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders & Returns
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Apostle Coffee offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods. You must notify us within seven days of receiving your order of any damage or incorrect quantity.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact the Apostle Coffee team – firstname.lastname@example.org – and we will do our best to ensure we find a coffee that you’ll love.
Any offer details and product specifications contained in this website are checked carefully and are correct at the time they are added to the website. However, occasionally mistakes can happen and we apologise if any offer is incorrect, please advise us if this is the case and we will correct any errors without delay.
