This Organic Peruvian Coffee is sourced from the terroir of Palma Central, near the San Andres waterfalls, sitting at 2100 meters above sea level.

The terroir of Palma Central is located in the province of Jaén in the Cajamarca region of Peru, situated in the extreme north and stretching to the Ecuadorian border.

Farmed and hand-picked on coffee plots of less than 2 hectares, this is exceptional coffee produced at very low volumes and only to the very highest specialty standard.

With sweet and silky characteristics that are beautifully balanced by pleasing forest fruit flavours this is a coffee like no other.
