By entering and using this website, you agree to all of the terms and conditions as set out below.

The Apostle Coffee website is owned and operated by Apostle Coffee Ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10537609 )

Your use of this website and purchase of any products from this website is at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and the content and products on apostlecoffee.com without prior notice.

Terms of Service

These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of postage and packaging.


You can order in the following ways:

We accept payment in the following ways:

  1. By credit card - Mastercard, Visa, etc.
  2. By debit card - Switch, Maestro, etc.


We roast every Monday and dispatch each Tuesday.

Coffee will only be dispatched after we have received cleared funds. Please ensure your payment details are up to date. Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process. The subscription can be cancelled at any time but must be made before close of business on the Friday to ensure that the coffee is not dispatched on the subsequent Tuesday. If we receive the cancellation after the coffee has been dispatched then you will be charged for that delivery.

If you change address, you must update your details by contacting us via email on hello@apostlecoffee.com. Apostle Coffee will not be held responsible for coffee sent to incorrect addresses provided when placing your order. Please ensure that this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will not be refunded or credited for any coffees posted to the wrong location.

We do not guarantee delivery dates we can only give the date the coffee left us.

We reserve the right to cancel any subscription if it occurs that the postal service in your area is repeatedly unreliable.

In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

Accounts & Billing

Your order details can be found on your transaction receipt, including the date, amount and payment method.

For Apostle Subscriptions, payment will be taken via the payment method provided and on regular intervals as specified by your order - for example every month, every two weeks or every four weeks.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders & Returns

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Apostle Coffee offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods. You must notify us within seven days of receiving your order of any damage or incorrect quantity.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact the Apostle Coffee team - hello@apostlecoffee.com - and we will do our best to ensure we find a coffee that you’ll love.

Free or Discounted Offers

Free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the website.

Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits are available only once to any one person.

Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

You will be charged the full price for coffee subscriptions after your free or discounted offer. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the Apostle Coffee service until you cancel your scheduled coffee subscription.
